Advantage Factory was awarded the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) IT Simulator and Training Services (ITSTS) contract with a ceiling value of $75 million. NAVICP is the federal contracting authority for the Pentagon Information Technology Service Center (PITSC). PITSC provides technical, engineering and support services for the design, development, acquisition, integration, implementation, test, evaluation, documentation, and full life-cycle support of training/education systems and workforce certification programs for agencies of the Federal Government and foreign governments.

TEIS
Advantage Factory is a member of the team headed by NCI, Inc., which was recently awarded the Total Engineering and Integration Services (TEIS) contract with a ceiling value of $804 million to provide information systems engineering and information technology support to the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC), and other federal agencies worldwide. Advantage Factory will supply systems engineering software and systems engineering consulting under the indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) program.

SeaPort-E
Advantage Factory is a member of the team headed by STG, Inc, which was awarded the SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e) indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (IDIQ), task order contract with a potential value of $3.8 billion. Two award terms, one expiring in 2009 and the other in 2019, are intended for the contract. Customers who can use the Seaport-e contract include all warranted contracting officers of the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and the United States Marine Corps.

ITES-2S
Advantage Factory is a member of the team headed by STG, Inc, which was awarded the Army’s indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 2 Services (ITES-2S) with a ceiling value of $20 billion. The purpose of ITES-2S is to support the Army’s enterprise architecture and LANDWARNET network goals with a full range of innovative, world class information technology support services and solutions information technology (IT). It is anticipated that the ITES-2S solutions will enhance the Army Net operations/ Net-centric capabilities and holistically support the Army customers, with a goal of providing a common look and feel for Army applications at all levels of both the strategic and tactical Army enterprise.

ITES-EMS3
Advantage Factory is a member of team headed by NCI, Inc. which won the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions (ITES) - Enterprise Mission Support Services Solutions (EMS3) program with a ceiling value of $65 million to provide broad, integral support to the Army in its diverse requirements for enterprise equipment solutions and for IT services worldwide which can also support the transformation of its infrastructure. The Army Small Computer Program (ASCP) and Information Technology E-Commerce, Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) provides this contract vehicle for the Army to provide a mechanism to obtain an "end-to-end" solution within the context of the resulting contracts. The contracts will support complete IT enterprise solutions.
